Front Desk Client Coordinator
Be the first point of contact for clients and a key support for our tax and administrative teams. This role combines client service, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities, including managing calls, coordinating appointments, handling documents, and supporting billing follow-up. Requires proven customer service or administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Senior Tax Accountant
Bring your expertise to a collaborative, client-focused team. In this role, you’ll handle complex individual and business tax returns, guide junior staff, and partner directly with clients on tax planning strategies. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of public accounting experience and hold (or are pursuing) CPA or EA licensure.
Tax Manager
Lead high-level tax engagements and shape the future of our firm. As Tax Manager, you’ll oversee complex returns, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Requires 5–7+ years of public accounting experience, strong knowledge of individual and corporate taxation, and CPA licensure.
Billing, Collections & Bookkeeping Coordinator
Oversee the firm’s billing cycle, accounts receivable, and client payment processing while providing bookkeeping support in QuickBooks. This role combines billing, collections, and financial recordkeeping, including issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining organized financial reports, and responding to client inquiries. Requires 2+ years of experience in billing, collections, or bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
